I can't fault the product itself and I did use it whilst I had my car.The main problem comes down to how they treat customers at renewal a year later.They use an autorenewal system on sign-up but fail to notify you close to the renewal date to make sure your circumstances have not changed and to let you know a renewal payment will be taken shortly to give you chance to cancel if necessary. Unfortunately Carly had already taken my renewal payment before I was aware and Carly refused to issue a refund even though no notification was received from them before payment was taken.The lack of empathy from their support team is appalling, with so little flexibility, they refuse point black to issue a refund despite your circumstances.
