STAY AWAY FROM CARMAX Loveland.
They are thieves
They completely took advantage of a single mother who is a school teacher. They admit they screwed her yet won't fix the issue. They sold her a car claiming that it was a good car and had a warranty. Driving home she has mechanical issues. She took it back in and 6 months after she bought it while making payments on it she finally got her car back. She made payments while they had her car for 6 months without being able to drive it. Then she was able to drive it for 3 months before the transmission went out. Again another three or four months without the car while she's still making payments on the car. Then she gets the car back and is happy. For a month or two then the transmission starts to go out again. She takes it to two different mechanics so that she knew what was wrong before she took it back to CarMax. CarMax gave it back to her on a Tuesday said nothing was wrong with it but they changed the serpentine belt and charged her for that work. On Saturday less than 5 days after she got her car back she took it into CarMax because she had been talking to the manager who said they would take care of it for her. They then told her there were all kinds of issues with the car and they can only give her half of what she owed on it. Mind you it just came out of their shop on Tuesday and they said nothing was wrong with it. Also she's only been able to drive it 5 months out of the year and a half that she's had it and even then it wasn't consecutive. These thieves that call themselves managers there took advantage of her acknowledged they took advantage of her and then said too bad you have to pay for it. She is devastated her child is very young and she needs a safe car for her which is why she trusted supposedly a reputable car dealership. If I could take every customer from that place I would I can't believe they would do that. If you support teachers and single moms you will not go there and you will not let anybody you know go there tell everybody you know how cruddy that place is. If I could give it 0 or negative Stars I would.
