The whole process, starting from assessing the current fit on the first pair and agreeing on the next choices up until the delivery of the final, well fitting pair, was characterised by reliable, detailled, patient and quick responses from multiple people of Carmina's customer service team. Thus, I felt well guided and in good hands since the start of my request. The fact that the first return for EU customers is free made the entire procedure very smooth. I am yet to properly break in the shoes and cannot comment on the wearing comfort based on long experience but after two short walks so far I'm feeling fairly comfortable and certainly enjoy the attention to detail that went into crafting this aestetically as well as functionally pleasing piece of footwear.
