I’ve been ordering from Carmina for years, including several MTO pairs, and I’ve generally been very happy with both the product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been disappointing.I ordered a pair of shoes on November 1st, but received the wrong model. Mistakes happen, and that part didn’t bother me. What did concern me was the follow-up: when I contacted customer service, they initially treated the situation as if I were requesting a standard exchange. Only later did they acknowledge the actual issue — and informed me that they had no idea where my correct pair was.More than a week has passed since my last message, and I still haven’t received any update or response, despite following up myself.This level of communication simply isn’t acceptable, especially given the brand’s reputation and price point.
