Had two text messages chasing payments on a Sunday, plenty of money in the account, spoke to an advisor who said probably issues their end but no payment received, suggested I make a direct payment over the phone. I said I will call back Monday, then surprise surprise payment goes through the bank account almost as soon as the phone goes down. Shoddy company, all sounds like a company on its last legs if you ask me, needless to say I paid off the finance today, don’t trust this lot at all. Be wary,
