Order has supposedly been shipped. Tracking shows "in processing" for over 10 days. Customer service has told me that the status would be updated, but that never happened. The company should have re-sent the order with a different courier. Based on the this item supposed to be in stock and no shipping, I would be hesitant to recommend this company to anyone I know.
