Extremely frustrating experience. The product was never delivered, and I received no notification from the carrier. Later, I was informed it had been returned to the sender. Despite this, the support team kept insisting it was "still in transit," which contradicted their own communications. My basic inquiries were ignored, my frustration was dismissed, and there was a complete lack of accountability. When I requested a refund, I was met with deflection rather than a resolution. No product. No clarity. No ownership of the issue. I would recommend avoiding this service.
I received my mount in a timely manner. However, when I tried to test the magnet before installation, I found it incompatible with my case. I submitted a return request on January 7, and the support team replied on January 8 asking for videos to help "find a solution." I promptly responded that I simply wanted to return it according to their 30-day return policy. After that, I received no further communication. I reached out twice and finally got a response on January 15 instructing me to ship it to a location in ESTONIA for a full refund, even though the product was sent from North Carolina. I asked for a US return address. While I understand the policy states that customers cover return shipping costs, it does not specify that it would involve international shipping. As of January 19, I have not heard back and will be disputing the charge with my credit card.

When I reached out to the support team regarding their so-called "money-back guarantee," I found out it only applies to items that are unused and in original packaging, and you must return it to a distant location (I bought from another country, which means shipping costs would be nearly half the purchase price). A genuine money-back guarantee should protect customers from defective products, rather than forcing them to settle for a partial refund or incur high international shipping fees for a full refund. This is simply unacceptable and feels like deceptive advertising. Prospective buyers should be cautious—their guarantee seems designed to be ineffective.

Based on my experience, these products are utterly useless. I received three yesterday and tried to use one in my vehicle. It only adhered to the windscreen and failed to stick to any other surface. I attempted to attach a second one to the hard, smooth plastic around the console in my partner's vehicle, but found it on the floor this morning—without even having had a phone attached to it. Completely worthless, not worth any money.

I thought it was going to be a scam company but they are a legit company that has an actual product. Order has supposedly been shipped. Tracking shows "in processing" for over 10 days. Customer service has told me that the status would be updated, but that never happened. The company should have re-sent the order with a different courier. Based on the this item supposed to be in stock and no shipping, I would be hesitant to recommend this company to anyone I know.
Bought this 3 weeks ago. Shipping still showing as 'pre-transit'. Reached out to customer service twice - zero response after the 'automated' "we've received your message". Yet the marketing is showing boxes and boxes of devices, truth is - once you've paid - they might not even ship you one. Save your money and buy from a reputable store with stock!
