I received my mount in a timely manner. However, when I tried to test the magnet before installation, I found it incompatible with my case. I submitted a return request on January 7, and the support team replied on January 8 asking for videos to help "find a solution." I promptly responded that I simply wanted to return it according to their 30-day return policy. After that, I received no further communication. I reached out twice and finally got a response on January 15 instructing me to ship it to a location in ESTONIA for a full refund, even though the product was sent from North Carolina. I asked for a US return address. While I understand the policy states that customers cover return shipping costs, it does not specify that it would involve international shipping. As of January 19, I have not heard back and will be disputing the charge with my credit card.
