Despite this, the support team kept insisting it was "still in transit," which contradicted their own communications. My basic inquiries were ignored, my frustration was dismissed, and there was a complete lack of accountability. When I requested a refund, I was met with deflection rather than a resolution. No product. No clarity. No ownership of the issue. I would recommend avoiding this service.
