Beware of this SCAM of a company, hiding behind their carefully worded verbiage and fine print. You will be charged $30.99 after your free 1-month plan (they say that instead of using clear verbiage to indicate recurring charges that need to be cancelled), and you never get reminded of this, not even on your final receipt. On top of this, what is worse is that the company’s customer service is a complete joke, they only answer you with templates, and they are all trained to tell you that you’re SOL because there was fine print on one page before you finish your purchase. You are never informed before you are charged, and they are willing to stake their reputation on this, rather than make it right. After ignoring me for about a week, I followed up and basically got told “sorry, there was a small warning in light grey font on one page you went through before clicking buy,” after I asked for proof that they informed me properly. This company has unscrupulous business practices, and are really only trying to make a quick buck, and have no empathy whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and just don’t do this to begin with. The book is generic at best, pretending to be personalized because you put your name on the front page. ChatGPT will probably yield similar results.
