Too many ads "offers" through process, almost bailed. As a beginner, I know all too well about trying to do too many things at once. I'm trying to stick to the carnivore diet, at the advice and direction of my doctor to try and help with female aging hormones without jumping onto hormone replacement chemicals, I need help simplifying my planning...it is boring and I love experiencimg food and flavor. I think you need to pay attention to the answer to the very first question, I'm a Beginner, too much and I will fail or become reliant on easy ways and fail later. Just my 2 cents. Excited for the book though, hope it helps me contiytonmake good food choices.
