I ordered a book, not an app, and I did not agree to any subscription. I never downloaded the app. Subscription details should be clear and not hidden as a free trial within a book purchase. I am currently communicating with the support team, and they have responded quickly. They cancelled the subscription to avoid further charges but mentioned that refunds are not provided. Be cautious about who you choose to do business with. $30 taken from many customers is concerning. If I receive my refund, I will consider updating this review.
