Just had my installation done. Amazing crew! 30 x 80 x 12. I can't believe what a GREAT job they did. It did take them 16 weeks to deliver me, but it was totally worth the wait. I got 26-gauge metal, a 12-gauge frame, two garage doors, and wind certification for 170 mph. The nearest competitor was $3k higher. All the negative reviews I saw online had me worried, but after the install, I'm glad I was patient. If you don't know what you're doing, it's best to have a concrete pad done by a pro.
