Customer Service is disappointing:(

I like Caroll very much, but the last time I faced the delivery Problem and can not solve it. I ordered the coat as a Birthday present for my mother on 30.1.2026 and received the appropriate order confirmation. After one week I contacted the Service and asked why the delivery Status is still in processing. Answer was: we will send you your Order asap. After 14 days I contacted again and the answer was: be patient, we are processing…After 15 days the Order is in processing…it is very disappointing for Caroll:(
