Review Time
I absolutely cannot recommend this store. They basically stole my money. I made an order to a Caroll shop and sent back some items the same day. The shop assistant registered the return but told me she cannot give me any proof (but asked me to sign a proof that I have received the items). She said a refund would be issued immediately, that was 19 days ago. I wrote to their customer service but did not get any reply for more than a week now. There is no number to call and the order disappeared from my customer account.
A very chaotic shop, my full order was not even delivered yet and they sent it in seven separate packages, some of which I had to search for in the store together with the shop assistant. There is no trace of the return that I have made and nobody to talk to.
Avoid at all cost!!
I like Caroll very much, but the last time I faced the delivery Problem and can not solve it. I ordered the coat as a Birthday present for my mother on 30.1.2026 and received the appropriate order confirmation. After one week I contacted the Service and asked why the delivery Status is still in processing. Answer was: we will send you your Order asap. After 14 days I contacted again and the answer was: be patient, we are processing…After 15 days the Order is in processing…it is very disappointing for Caroll:(

I bought an electric machine of Caroll for removing wool/cachemir balls from clothes. The machine arrived defective, stopped functioning in a few minutes. During the last two weeks I wrote them 3 times (reference n. DM_1042416), and absolutely zero response.
I have loved Caroll for many years because of its beautiful styles and excellent quality. Today I received an order from the Caroll online shop, delivered exactly within the timeframe stated on the website. My new coat looks even better in real life.
