The worst customer service and post-sales service i've EVER experienced. It is a NIGHTMARE. If you're ready to run a marathon to get assistace from ghosts after you made your payment, go ahead and order from their website. I received my order and needed to refund some items. Their return portal was not accepting my order number and showing a red "invalid order number" sign. I contacted their website chat repeatedly, they kept telling me to check that i have my email and order number written correctly, and then promise that a "ticket" has been issued for my case and a "senior supervisor" will contact me. After several chats with absolutely no response, i ask for a direct email contact, which they replied that such thing doesn't exist, and i'm stuck with their useless chat that keep promising escalating my case to a "senior supervisor". I kept trying till finally their return portal accepted the order number without any assistance and managed to get the return label and drop off my return to the delivery company.Weeks later, i ask about my refund that's not refunded yet, and their chat service tells me that the tracking number provided does not exist. I reply that the tracking number shows that the package has already been delivered to you, which then they reply with "a senior supervisor will contact you soon".Till the time of writing this review, no one contacted me from the start of this issue till now that i'm not refunded.This is my first and LAST order from this website.
