Beware of their international delivery service

I am more than tired of the problems Caroll gives me when I order online. I have been waiting for a package for 6 days, the delivery was not done, I don´t know where it is, and their customs department is terrible. It looks like robots answer you, they give no solution to problems although I have been already charged, and paid the delivery fee. It looks like they don´t care about anything, never will I buy anything else from this company that is a joke.
