I absolutely cannot recommend this store. They basically stole my money. I made an order to a Caroll shop and sent back some items the same day. The shop assistant registered the return but told me she cannot give me any proof (but asked me to sign a proof that I have received the items). She said a refund would be issued immediately, that was 19 days ago. I wrote to their customer service but did not get any reply for more than a week now. There is no number to call and the order disappeared from my customer account.
A very chaotic shop, my full order was not even delivered yet and they sent it in seven separate packages, some of which I had to search for in the store together with the shop assistant. There is no trace of the return that I have made and nobody to talk to.
Avoid at all cost!!
