Honestly wouldn't recommend using them at all for any parcel. Used them to transport a car wing and door.Three times the courier refused to take the door and had to rearrange the door to be picked up. Which wasn't a hassle to the lady that organised this (Rhonnda Mcdonald)I recieved a email to say it would be delivered ( which didn't happen ) when I tried to trace this apparently there was no reason for this and they didn't know why this was. Dpd eventually told carpartcouriers this door was damaged in transit and that they have sent it back to the seller. This was a private seller and he had no idea this was the case and didn't receive anything back at all.Fast forward to 3 months later. I've still not recieved the door, had to send numerous emails to Rhonnda asking if there was any updates and loads of emails were ignore until I stated it was urgent and I needed to know where the door was and if I should just try getting another. Now been told they are going through insurance with Dpd who have lost the door and I won't get it at all. And that I'm only entitled to £20 back.Waste of money and months emailing to be told this.Don't waste your time or money they will tell you false information.
