I ordered all 4 struts, rear upper and lower control arms, and a rear sway. All suspension components for a vehicle I’m rebuilding. At the time that I ordered my parts I didn’t see the available carparts+ membership. Saw it today so I signed up, I called and inquired about my purchase, and if the membership would be retroactive since I haven’t received all the parts in the order. I spoke with two different agents both of whom were abrasive and borderline rude. I asked to speak with a manager, and was placed on hold and the agent never came back. I doubt I’ll be shopping with carparts any longer, it’s not a nice feeling when you give someone your money and they treat you as if you don’t matter.
