I'm complaining because of unathorized money coming out of my account long after I paid for my car part. My bank statement reads paid too. Now a week later your taking more money out of my account for no reason at all. I will never shop with this company again.

I ordered all 4 struts, rear upper and lower control arms, and a rear sway. All suspension components for a vehicle I’m rebuilding. At the time that I ordered my parts I didn’t see the available carparts+ membership. Saw it today so I signed up, I called and inquired about my purchase, and if the membership would be retroactive since I haven’t received all the parts in the order. I spoke with two different agents both of whom were abrasive and borderline rude. I asked to speak with a manager, and was placed on hold and the agent never came back. I doubt I’ll be shopping with carparts any longer, it’s not a nice feeling when you give someone your money and they treat you as if you don’t matter.

This company is the WORST I’ve ever purchased from! My order was delayed in shipment twice. It was delivered to the wrong address. The box and contents were damaged. I immediately got on their website to begin the refund process. Did not receive a return label as promised. Went back on the website, basically had to go through the same process. Received an email stating a return label is processing along with an apology. CRICKETS AGAIN. Today after searching on Google fo a customer service number, the agent said I couldn’t return the order because it was over 30 days, even though he could see my previous emails and pictures of my previous correspondences!! He claimed he was going to try to get authorization, but within 20 minutes or so I got an email saying over 30 days, please read our return policy! I immediately started a chargeback with Bank of America, we will see how that goes. My advice, don’t buy anything from Carparts.com!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They failed to deliver my order as promised, and despite repeated attempts to reach out, I received no response. This company broke their promises and showed a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from them altogether. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Before ordering anything, understand that CarParts does not accept any return for a part that ""may"" have been damaged in transit. They make the sole decision. Every other online retailer I have ordered from would accept a return and replace the item, and then seek a credit from the shipper. It is advisable to purchase the shipping insurance, which I have never had to do. I will not do any more business with CarParts.com

Refrain from making purchases on this platform. They rely on AI for customer service, and their live representatives are entirely ineffective and hard to reach. Only order from here if you're prepared to wait weeks for your car part and deal with ongoing delays.

Avoid this website at all costs!

This website is completely untrustworthy! I strongly advise against making any purchases here. The return process is non-functional, and they send damaged items while disregarding your inquiries. (Beware of automated email replies.) This is one of the most deceitful experiences I've encountered. It's incredibly frustrating that they haven't been shut down for their fraudulent activities.

Damaged item with a quick resolution

I ordered a hood, but it arrived damaged, which wasn't evident from the large box. After opening it, I found another box inside that clearly showed damage. The hood itself had noticeable damage on two corners, likely from being dropped, resulting in a significant dent. However, when I reached out to the support team via email, they responded promptly and resolved the issue by providing a full refund and letting me keep the hood, which I appreciated since returning it would have been too complicated. I'm disappointed that I now need to either purchase another hood or find a way to make this one work. Overall, it was a frustrating and time-consuming experience.
