If I could give no stars I would. My partners accident was 31st October 2022, a delivery van crashed into the back of him at a junction & Ocado admitted liability. The documents he has had to complete is ridiculous, time was just about up when his case handler panicked and asked him to complete paperwork ASAP to extend the time limitations so they could continue with the claim. No reply from numerous calls or emails, lost count of how may claims handlers he has had now, how many Doctors I have seen with him, how many appointments I have attended with him. And he is still waiting for conclusion. He has tried again today rang and rang no answer. Truly this is beyond a joke, someone should be calling him back and to not even reply to an email is such an appalling service. When liability has been admitted shouldn't the process be quicker, its now 3 years 4 months which is unbelievable..... this case should be reviewed ASAP by a manager and better customer service training needs to be given to staff, especially those who do not answer their clients!!! Will anything happen now we wonder, we doubt it but fingers crossed!!
