I guess nothing changes. I posted a review 2 weeks ago due to frustration as emails for updates were being ignored. Carpenters replied to my review with the usual cut and paste response. My handler and manager will review my case and get back to me. Giving carpenters the benefit of the doubt. 2 weeks on and nothing. So it appears that their response to my review is to look good on trustpilot. I guess in all walks of life you get those that are proactive and those that are not.
