Some of the early communication was confusing. Some of the staff were very helpful, others seemed work stressed. I couldn’t access my case file online. The claim was a small and straightforward matter. When my case was passed to my case handler, Thomas Parsons, he was efficient, helpful, friendly and professional and competent to resolve the case quickly. Communication was very good.
