I worked in car insurance as a claim handler for two years, I know how long a claim takes to be paid out. The claim I had was minor compared to most however a few thousand is needing to be compensated. My legal advisor clearly doesn’t work there anymore and no matter how many emails/online requests I make, no one gets back to me and it has been like this for months. Will be taking this to another solicitor to claim back from this company if nothing changes.
