My case has been with Carpenters for 16months now, I have been chasing them for most of this time and get no response from their online portal that they insisted I use, they don't reply to messages AT ALL??? I would advise anyone to use a different company as the service is very poor, don't even bother giving me any update on my case and the on line portal is never updated. It’s even states my claim status as - liability admitted. My claim started back in July/24 and now it’s Nov/25….and it continues…
