Absolutely disgusting attitude from call handler!!Made a claim off the other drivers insurance through Carole Nash Insurance as they reversed into my car whilst it was parked outside my flat..The first call handler didn't have a clue what she was doing when I rang to discuss the claim so I asked to speak to someone else...Then someone called Rebecca comes on the phone and asks what can I do for you(in a snotty sounding manner)so I said nothing and put the phone down..Really horrible people and I wont be using Carole Nash Insurance ever again!!
