First got contact for Ian anderson at carpenters through my insurance. Ian was very knowledgeable and took task for my case immediately. Dealing with the other insurance company was a task in itself as they werent very helpful to Ian but he stuck to the task and gave me all the info I needed and kept me up to date on all proceedings and advice how to proceed.
