Awful experience. Closed my case without even telling me. Seem to have incorrect documentation about my incident and have closed the case on these grounds. Yet won’t reopen the case with the correct details because the outcome would be the same - they say this without even seeming to know or listen to the correct details. They didn’t even seem to understand I have a car not a van. How they got the details so wrong in the first place I don’t know because what they have documented is not what I told them. Cannot get through to complain or raise this further. How a legal company is getting away with behaving like this I don’t know. This is the company my insurer have given me, and yet they are utterly incompetent and do not care for details such as what actually occurred in an incident. They appear to have no interest in this case - or many others looking on here - it’s patently not worth enough money to them. So I will have to formally complain and I suspect go to the regulatory authorities about this seriously poor service. Carpenters group are shockingly bad. 17/11/25 - I’m hoping that means you will contact me to document correct details of the incident before it’s reviewed on incorrect information again?
