My husband was in a RTA 11 months ago other driver admitted liability , his insurance involved carpenters. At first his case worker was keeping him updated but then it changed to someone different, he has not heard anything from her so he emailed her in July, to be told she would contact him if any updates ,So 2 weeks ago he messaged her again as still hears nothing, this time no reply at all which is really frustrating especially after this long.
