I recently had my claim handled by Nikki Naylor at Carpenters Group, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nikki made the time to speak with me on several occasions, offered clear and practical advice, and helped manage my expectations throughout. The process felt straightforward and thorough, and my claim was resolved comparatively quickly; I’m certain that was down to Nikki’s persistence in pushing things forward.That said, it’s clear the wider CG team is extremely busy, so you should expect some delays. (A note to management: consider increasing capacity, as the current workload clearly needs more support.)I’d also recommend avoiding the app. The team don’t receive notifications when documents or messages are uploaded, which makes it ineffective for communication. (Another note to management: an app that doesn’t improve efficiency isn’t serving its purpose.)In summary, if you’ve been involved in a cycling accident, I would strongly recommend asking for Nikki at Carpenters Group. She was terrific. With improvements to staffing levels and the app, the overall service would be even better.
