Useless service, I was informed there was a conflict in my case as Carpenters were also acting for the other party and that I needed to authorise a transfer. I sent this authorisation on at least 4 occasions, though the case was never passed on nor was this acknowledged, as a result my Wife's personal injury claim was not processed and we did not receive the appropriate legal support. Seven months after the original claim they have closed the case, without acting on my behalf or passing on the claim as they should have.SOU1128/17555/MIOB
