After a very long time, and several case handlers, I was finally appointed a wonderful gentleman named James Spofforth. What a turn around. James was amazing, he replied to my emails promptly, he called me whenever I asked him to, the contact he had with me was nothing like what I had previously experienced. James was a very professional, knowledgeable, polite, calming person. He was extremely understanding of my nervousness and reassured me whilst being diplomatic. James fought my case so well that the other party made an offer and settled out of court. I really don’t think I could have mentally got through this whole situation without such a calming young man.Thank you James.
