The customer service was satisfactory, and the individual who cleaned the carpet was thoughtful and accommodating. However, I wasn't entirely pleased with the results. There didn't seem to be a significant improvement, and some old stains remained. Looking back, I feel it wasn't worth the price; I could have likely achieved similar results by hiring a cleaner and doing it myself for a much lower cost.
