The customer service was satisfactory, and the individual who cleaned the carpet was thoughtful and accommodating. However, I wasn't entirely pleased with the results. There didn't seem to be a significant improvement, and some old stains remained. Looking back, I feel it wasn't worth the price; I could have likely achieved similar results by hiring a cleaner and doing it myself for a much lower cost.
The technician did a wonderful job cleaning two bedroom carpets, and I am very satisfied with the results. He was professional, organized, efficient, careful, and clean. I couldn't have asked for more. The price was reasonable, and the entire process was straightforward. It was refreshing to have such a positive experience!
