My story is obviously getting worse as the company delivered wrong colours of my laminates and carpets. The carpet fitter messaged my once but still no idea when he can come and do fitting as he not replying. Not to mention again that I’ve been told that everything will be done by 4th November.I won’t leave it like that. The audacity of them mentioning in their policy how they care about customers and their mental health. I’m full of stress because of them.
