I paid for a carpet on 9 June. I had to order over the phone because the online portal was having trouble with payments. I was assured the carpet would arrive and be fitted in 10 to 14 days and they would call me once the carpet was ready. When I was finally called on 1 July (by the delivery company), I was told delivery and fitting would not take place until 21 July. That's 6 weeks after I ordered. I have tried to contact Carpet Monster, but my email went unanswered. I appreciate that it may be a different company delivering and fitting the carpet but I was misled when I placed the order. Had I known I would have to wait 6 weeks, I would not have bought the carpet from Carpet Monster. This is really poor service.
