We had a very frustrating experience trying to buy and have a carpet installed through this company. The staff were extremely unprofessional, abandoning the fitting because they lacked the necessary materials. Communication with their service team was nearly impossible; they often hung up on us, didn't answer calls, and failed to return messages. It's shocking how a business can function in such an unprofessional manner! Don't be tempted by the idea of a 'cheaper' deal; the saying 'you get what you pay for' rings true in this situation. They certainly live up to their reputation.
