While the representative was quite pleasant, the policy of not providing a receipt for customers who choose not to share personal details is disappointing. Being informed that items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the lack of proof of purchase is unacceptable. You should be able to return items to any retailer with a purchase proof, such as a bank statement. Please do not mislead your customers.
The service from the team was exceptional from start to finish. The laminated flooring was installed perfectly, with careful attention to tricky corners and edges. They explained the process clearly, kept me informed throughout, and completed the job on schedule. The floor feels sturdy, looks beautiful, and has truly brightened and enlarged the room.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The only positive aspect was the sales assistant, who was friendly and professional. My carpet fitting was supposed to happen on a specific date, but it was delayed multiple times until it was too late. The fitter promised to come first thing the next morning but never showed up. I had to contact the store, and they seemed unaware of the situation. It was rescheduled, but again faced cancellations. I took time off work for this, and the only compensation offered was a refund of the fitting fee. The carpets were finally fitted much later by a skilled installer who had to deal with a complicated job. I had to reach out multiple times to resolve the refund issue, facing disputes over the fee. Management was incompetent and the customer service was embarrassing. The carpet itself is nice, but I would advise avoiding this service unless you're prepared for significant inconvenience.
They handled my home flooring, and I owe a special thanks to the representative who suggested the best material. I am very pleased with my purchase, and the staff, especially her, were incredibly nice. A big thank you for the perfect product!
