They came to my house and cut through my alarm system and I had to replace it!! It cost me £1600 to replace and Carpet right refuse to pay. I warned the guy that the wires were there yet he paid no attention and cut through the wires of my alarm system. I dealt with Brian in the battersea branch. This is a terrible company. Do NOT trust this company at all. Not only did I lose £1600, I lost £600 as the company went bust and they would not bring me my carpets and so I had to re-order them and pay another £600. Because I paid by credit card they would not refund me. I am thinking of taking them to court for gross negligence. Sincerely Rupert Raynar.
