I visited a location to buy carpet to take home that day, only to find out the desired carpet was an end-of-roll piece that I had to pay for, even though I didn't need it. The staff mentioned they couldn't cut it as they were alone, which was disappointing. I had to arrange transport for nothing, despite needing the carpet immediately. The in-store signs advertised same-day take-home options. I am very dissatisfied and feel my time was wasted.
