I wish I could give zero stars. While I see many positive reviews, my experience was the complete opposite. As a pensioner, I saved for two carpets for my bedroom and lounge, which ended up costing me more than anticipated. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly faded due to numerous delivery mix-ups and defects in both carpets. The excuses I received were unsatisfactory, and I was simply told to keep vacuuming, which didn't help. The fitting was also subpar, and despite having them redone, the quality remains lacking. I regret choosing this service and feel devastated over the money spent. I will certainly warn others not to waste their money. I was even told something shocking: that the carpet would 'grow' once laid, which is hard to believe. I truly hope someone in management reads this, as one day they might find themselves in a similar situation, saving for something important like carpets.
