The representative was very helpful and polite in showing samples and advising on the best carpets for expected wear and tear in stairs and hallway. The fitting was done to a high standard. Great value for money at a reasonable price - I will return for carpets in other rooms.

Jamil has been the primary floor fitter who attends and he too has been consistently professional and committed to customer satisfaction, seeking for resolution if anything isn't as planned! I have previously used other carpet shops but came across carpet zone. Their pricing was very reasonable and cheaper than local shops. I was impressed by the professionalism of taz and the no hard sale tactics which I experienced from other shops. Their fitters took time to ensure the carpet was fitted correctly. I chose the stairs and landing in a stripe pattern. Would use them again.

Fantastic, same round Wednesday 3rd September, measured up and quoted a price there and then. It was alot cheaper than a previous quote. Laminated flooring was laid 8th September. Carpet fitters were lovely and explained everything, even moved funiture. Can't praise them enough. Flooring is beautiful.
