I was placed in a queue, starting at position 3088 back in July, and now I'm at 1083. With so many complaints, why is nothing being done? The platform seems unresponsive, and it's frustrating to see no action taken. Also, the calendar feature on the site is broken; it won't accept July 2025 and instead shows January 22, 2026! It's disappointing, and I doubt anyone is even reading these reviews.
