In March 25 I simply asked for a sim only deal. But they did a hard search on my credit thing and they turned me down even though my credit score by Equifax was 825 at that time. I didn't know they were going to do a hard search. I was after a PAYG sim. As a result my credit score took a tumble. Without doubt this was a revenge thing coz I ended a payg sim deal with Lebara and as anyone who's been with Lebarar knows that they get real arsey with you if you leave them. They really don't like it. After this I went to Tesco mobile where they're great and my credit score is now 921, so FU carphone warehouse.
