Car phone Warehouse service is great, but unfortunately they are let down by their chosen delivery partner DPD. Everything was fine. Agreed a new upgrade with the sales rep from Carphone Warehouse on Thursday 9th April and told I would have my new phone the next day. It's now Monday 13th and I still don't have my phone. Zero communication from DPD after their initial email telling me they were expecting my parcel. Similar story with my wife's upgrade last month. I don't think this is the fault of Carphone Warehouse, but they should really consider a new delivery partner. I suspect they hear this a lot.
