I pre-ordered S26 Ultra with staff at Carphonewarehouse to be delivered to store on release date. This was ordered on 28th February. Recieved an email to collect phone on 6th March at 9am when the store opens, go in and the phone is no where to be found and not delivered. Been told that if the phone comes in i will get a call as left my number with staff.
Contacted customer service on the phone with some attitude. The useless woman does not understand what pre order means and is unaware what phone is being released. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told i will get call in two days time. Still no news.
Customer service staff that work at the store was exceptional as they could not do much if there is no delivery. So they would get 5 star but customer service abd delivery part they failed therefore rating it low
