Sent a phone off to be repaired and they've lost the device, this wouldn't be much of a problem but when I sent the phone off they only asked me to unlock the device and I didn't need to wipe it.
Long story short I've been lied to numerous times in store about the situation and nobody wants to escalate the problem even though this is a big data breach and could even be a theft.
The phone has been missing around 6 weeks now and all I've been offered is a replacement but no explanation on what there doing to track down the phone with all my banking, emails, contacts, photos and passwords on it
If you bothered looking on your system or took any responsibility for my missing phone you would be contacting me, I've raised the issue in store numerous times and tried raising it over the phone...I suggest you take the time to contact me personally or I'll be calling the police about a stolen phone
