A week after signing a new sim only plan and it still isn't active. I've called Carphone Warehouse customer service and keep getting fobbed off with 'it's been escalated - please wait 72 hours'. Asked to raise a complaint and for a manager to call me back (yes you guessed it - tumbleweed moment). I guess they might be okay when things go according to plan - they are very poor when they don't.
