The luggage itself is decent, but the customer service is EXTREMELY disappointing. They advertise the removable wheels as a way to enhance capacity while complying with carry-on rules, which is accurate. However, after losing a wheel (an airline issue, though I should have detached them before checking the bag), I’ve spent weeks trying to purchase a replacement set both in person at multiple stores and online. The staff's attitudes ranged from sympathetic to completely unhelpful, and I've received NO feedback on my numerous online inquiries. I’ll give it one more week, and if nothing changes, it will be donated.
